  12. I need a single module that integrates counters, display drivers, and
  13. numeric displays in a single unit.  It should take a TTL level pulse 
  14. as its clock (increment) signal, and display a decimal count on the 
  15. displays.  A clear input would also be good.  This should display at
  16. least 7 digits though 6 would be ok.

  18. Right now I am using 74143 chips, which are BCD counters with onboard
  19. 7-segment display decoders/drivers, wired to discrete 7-segment LED
  20. displays with discrete resistors.  I'd like to get all this in one
  21. compact package.  Any suggestions as a manufacturer or part number or
  22. catalog would be great.
