- One good thing to say for the practicality of DSP and
- the home dabbler:

- Effects programs can be distributed electronically.
- It's a lot harder to email a legible schematic and
- etch a board :)

- If you program in a 'portable' language like C and
- get a public domain compiler for your DSP, you're
- flying for pretty cheap if you can get at least part-
- time access to a computer.

- to be sure :)
