- It's nice to see Sweden man the barricades against currency
- devaluation. Raising the main lending rate to 75% preserved the krona against
- the wave of Euro devaluations.

- It seems that at least one European country has learned the same lesson
- that Mexico has. Devaluating your currency provides a short term, and
- illusionary, respite but prolongs the actual fiscal problems.
