  15. What do libertarians think about inheritance laws?  Does libertarianism
  16. endorse a "level playing field."  Is the "arbitrary" transfer of 
  17. wealth from one (dead) person to others protected under property 
  18. rights.  Is it consistent with efficient market theory, or might it
  19. promote inefficiencies?
