  13. I seem to remember here in Ft Hamilton District/Dan Beard Council, that a few years ago a "Retirement of the colors" was scheduled as part of a Camporee.  Research into the the proper "etiquite" revealed that this is not considered an
  14. appropriate public ceremony--rather it is to be conducted privately.

  16. I cannot remember the source of this information...although I do remembescrambling for a different ceremony to close the campfire.
