- In our troop, the boards of review do not constitute a final exam but
- rather a fairly relaxed conversation with the scout about his progress. We
- also make it an opportunity for the scout to tell us what he likes/dislikes
- about the troop, program, etc. The review of the scouts knowledge and the
- decision of his readiness for advancement is generally done by the Scout
- Master at the Scout Master conference.
