- I been running for approximately four years. I like running
- at a moderate speed and for long distance. I find this enjoyable.
- But when I do my speed workout is something different. Every time I
- do more than three 400 meters with a three minutes of rest in
- between, my rear end muscle tights up. I hate when this happens.
- Obviously on my next 400 meter I slow down my speed. I feel that I'm
- just dragging my leggs to the finish line. I warm up as best as I
- can and as effictive as can too, but it seems that it doesn't work.
- Can some please give an advice of what to do or what exercise would
- help me with this muscle? I would really appreciate it.
