- I am a runner..or at least I was... during high school and freshman year
- in college....I ran the 3200 meters , 5000 meters and 800 meters on
- the track and posted times of 9:15, 15:16, and 1:53 respectively...
- but stopped running for 3 year now....I now decided ( 3 months ago) to
- start running and get back into racing shape....I have been practacing for
- 2months on and off because of my right knee???? It seems that everytime
- I go for a run ( after streching and warming up ) My knee hurts.....
- Is it because I am tryin to hard to get into shape quickly?
- I have tryied to stop and rest for 3-5 days and it always hurts when I start
- running...The funny thing is it only hurts at a paste of 8: min if I go at a
- paste of6 or faster it dosent bother me!
- Any advice!
- Should I take it easy for a while and start over?
- I ran a race last week 5000 meters and ran 16:47...and don't relly wanna start
- all over....
- HELP!!!
