  29. I saw a book called "The Bible of Running" at Walden books
  30. by a guy named Mark Bloom - I'll get the publisher's name if 
  31. you want - it is a rather thin book - I also saw the "Lore of
  32. Running" which just by size looks like it has a lot more info.
