- Hi.
- I have rolled in ankles or somthing like that,where my feet sort of
- roll inwords from the ankle. The docter says that I could get heel cups
- to try and straiten it out. I really hope that it works because it
- makes my knees hurt when I run. Anyway,I can't run in the normal
- heel cups because they are to hard. I would have to get other ones
- just for running.(the ones for running are leather instead of plastic.)
- I was wondering if any one else has these and if so do they make a
- difference?
