  21. My 2.8l V6 that exhibits this is a carburated engine. But I'd expect that
  22. the fuel mixture program is similar & has the same sensors.

  28. However, I've noticed the eratic behaviour translate to an eratic
  29. accelerator pedal when on cruise control at a constant speed.

  31. Since cruise is tied to manifold vacuum (I thought) it would seem
  32. to point to a manifold pressure/vacuum sensor problem.

  34. This might also cause/link to improper spark advance (EST/bypass circuit)
  35. causing the 'check engine' to light.

  38. This engine seams to have plenty of poop, its too bad that the engine
  39. management firmware/sensors is the reliability problem.
