  27. Ya know...a while ago I might have thought it was overkill too, but 
  28. locking the doors is a good idea for people who live in urban areas 
  29. where crime is a problem...in a far suburb of dc/baltimore-20 miles 
  30. from each--a woman was pulled outta her bimmer and they stole it...they 
  31. tossed her kid out of the car in the childseat, and because the woman 
  32. either was dragged or hung onto the car she suffered fatal trauma 
  33. at some point.  Everyone in the area is horrified by this...and problems 
  34. like this also happen in detroit, chicago, and la....might not be 
  35. such a bad thing wes...
