- Thanks to all you who sent me mail regarding how to drain the
- gas tank.

- Several people asked for any info I got on how to do this.
- The responses I got all said pretty much the same thing.

- Fill the bowl of the carburator manually and run hose off the
- fuel pump. As long as the engine is running it will pump the fuel out of the
- tank.
- I modified this slightly, I put a T in the gas line from the
- fuel pump to the carb. I then ran the line off the T into a gas tank.
- I was not too worried about getting gunk in the carb from the tank since
- I put in over 7 gallons and only was taking about 8 out. The crud should
- be fairly well diluted.
