my appologies for the crosspost, but i'm just trying to get as many
people to read this as i can....

i'm going to be getting a new car...used actually, but no matter...
right now, i've pretty much decided on a chevy s-10 blazer or a jeep
cherokee....probably around 83-85, depending on what prices are....
anyway...i've heard some stuff about each of 'em...the old blazers have
problems with vibration, and the cherokees are really expensive to
repair....are there any other things i should know about?  designs
flaws or anything?  also, what's a good source for getting reviews
of these....purdue has back issues of motor trend, but no reviews on
what i'm looking for....car & driver's out too...any other possible
places to look?

oh yeah....any other blazer-like cars worth looking at?  other than
ford broncos (II)...those are too small....need room for my 'stuff'

if you can, could you mail replies?  keeps traffic down and i don't
read these groups much anyway....tho i probably will now that i'm in
the  market...
