- Actually, could you explain a little further? Recently a man shot someone
- breaking into his car. It made the news, and he was never charged with
- anything. I think a passive injury system (best way I could think of calling
- it) might be illegal for the fact that the would-be thief could claim he
- was chasing off a thief when he got zapped or some other ludicrous story.
