- I used to take my 87 Acura Integra to a Firestone dealer in upstate
- NY. They handled my car perfectly. A year later, they changed
- managers, and at that point I got ripped off.

- After writing a very vocal letter to the Firestone Credit Agency, (I
- had the Fireston charge card and made sure to pay for all costs with
- it for security) I was completely re-imbursed for all expenses. Ever
- since then, I no longer trust franchises. Luckily the firestone dealer
- in Bloomington seems to be more competent!
