  20. I used to take my 87 Acura Integra to a Firestone dealer in upstate
  21. NY. They handled my car perfectly. A year later, they changed
  22. managers, and at that point I got ripped off.

  24. After writing a very vocal letter to the Firestone Credit Agency, (I
  25. had the Fireston charge card and made sure to pay for all costs with
  26. it for security) I was completely re-imbursed for all expenses. Ever
  27. since then, I no longer trust franchises. Luckily the firestone dealer
  28. in Bloomington seems to be more competent!
