  20. (but others may request them too, I think).  BIG DEAL!!!
  21. They will also NOT admit guilt!
  22.     Sounds like the same deal the airline industry is getting...

  29.     I've had several experiences with Sears, they tried to rip 
  30. me off (they are defintely not alone, but probably worst than most).
