  22. Refuse to buy at those prices. Suppliers will charge whatever consumers
  23. are *willing* to pay. I generally try to buy at so-called "sale" prices
  24. at Tower, which range from $7.99 to $12.99, with most falling at $11.99.
  25. Very rarely will I pay more than that.
