- -> Hi all. I'm thinking of getting a new cd player in the $600 area,
- -> and I'm also considering getting a changer rather than a single.
- -> First of all, which type of changer is better(carousel vs.
- -> cartridge), and why?
- -> Second, what is a good brand to get?
-
- Go for a Nakamichi CdPlayer 3, they run about $480 to mail-order.
- They have that MusicBank system which stores 6 discs + 1. It is not a
- CD changer, but the discs are fed in on the try as normal and a magnetic
- clamp moves the discs to the back and stores them there. For a better
- explanation, just go to you Nakamichi dealer and see it. They will have
- a CDplayer 3 or 2 with a clear top so you can see the action!
