  22. That is part of my question as well.  I personally don't believe that
  23. they should be considered as disabilities, however what I "personally
  24. believe" may have nothing to do with the way the law is interpreted or
  25. intended.  Unless the addiction is sufficient to allow eligibility for
  26. disability benefits, it's my opinion that it should not fall under
  27. ADA.
