- That is part of my question as well. I personally don't believe that
- they should be considered as disabilities, however what I "personally
- believe" may have nothing to do with the way the law is interpreted or
- intended. Unless the addiction is sufficient to allow eligibility for
- disability benefits, it's my opinion that it should not fall under
- ADA.
