  16. as Computer Language, Dr. Dobbs, C Users Journal, plus several database 
  17. pubs.  For hardware developers, a good magazine is Midnight Engineering.

  20. Shop or some of the other catalogs.

  22. There may be magazines that are more focused than these, so take a look
