  17. I believe tradtional francises since the are not allowed to sub franicise,
  18. i.e. the parent company can maintain control more directly (in that there is
  19. some univeraslity of policies), while allowing the indivual francise more
  20. freedom.  MLM has to do this with dogma also why should the parent company
  21. get any benefit if there are subfrancises!
