- Repeat business....and new clients, by word of mouth. I've found
- people usually not trusting of recharged toners, so you better make
- sure that your product is good the first time around. Promises
- are worthless when the client cannot get good copy. Therefore,
- I suggest that you have some method of testing, such as owning or
- having access to a printer. If you don't have any QA, you'll make
- and then loose a lot of business, fast.
