  12. Last Tuesday my mother experienced a pulmonary hemorrhage (cause still
  13. unknown), and the Des Moines FD paramedics rescuscitated her and got her
  14. to the hospital, where she is now doing fine.  Now I know my mom can
  15. be charitably described as a "difficult patient", and I expect you 
  16. deal with some from time to time and feel you've gotten more shin-kicks
  17. than thanks from them.
