  14. Services which promise to find you financial aid for college
  15. charge you a fee.  They are suspect because they advertise for
  16. franchise "dealers" on television.  The financial aid offices
  17. of the schools you are interested in attending will do much of
  18. the same work for you for nothing.  Since most schools are
  19. hungry for students, it's a buyers' market.  Shop around
  20. for schools that will give you the education you want at some
  21. sort of "discount" from full tuition.
