  11. Try to buy from people local to your area.  Sometimes vendors come from
  12. far and wide to sell, and if you have a problem a vendor from afar
  13. (perhaps out of state!) it might make resolving it difficult.

  15. Also, INSPECT BEFORE YOU GO HOME!  
  16. I bought a case in a sealed box, drove forty miles home, only to find
  17. the face cracked.  Luckily, the vendor had a store much closer, so I
  18. exchanged it.  I might have been far less satisfied if the vendor 
  19. disappeared into another state.
