- There is no bond required to obtain a credit card "account". Typically the
- bank (in my case) charges a percentage to process your charges. The more
- charges you run through them the lower the percentage you pay. Sometimes
- credit card companies will "eat it" but mostly they recover from the
- merchant in question. It's very easy. Pay us back or we won't process
- any more of your charges and then you'll eat it! When you have several
- thousand dollars worth of your goods out you don't have much problem with
- a couple of hundred dollars.
