- To be fair, that's all Fedex guarantees either, slogans
- nonwithstanding: If Fedex doesn't deliver your package on time,
- they'll refund the delivery charges, with relatively good grace (claims
- for damage are another matter, however).

- So, which to use? I generally use Fedex, since their customer service
- (including an 800 number to check on package status, vastly superior
- drop-off options, and relatively easy-to-get accounts) is far superior
- to that of the USPS. However, there are circumstances where I'll use
- Express Mail:

- 1. When it's going to a PO Box, there's no other choice.

- 2. When it's going to be delivered on a Saturday, it's much cheaper to
- use Express Mail.
