- There are no humans available through the 1-800 number. Only the voice
- response system. For most calls this will be satisfactory (e.g. credit
- balances, payment info), BUT: if you want to speak to a human you must
- dial the 1-713 number during business hours or write a letter.

- I had wanted to get a Texaco card issued with my wife's name on it but
- the voice system only issues "duplicate" cards with my name on it.
