- I have a Panasonic cordless phone and have no problems. It is called an
- "Easa-Phone", and the hand set model no is KX-T3000BAR.
-
- It's also quite handy as it is the "flip-out" type you describe. It was
- expensive (3-4 times the cost of other 'phones), but there is no problem
- with line noise, until you get more than about 300 metres from the base
- unit.
-
- The "flip out" type is really easy to use. When it rings, you push a
- release button on the side, it flips open, and automatically takes the
- phone "off-hook" so you can talk to the person.
-
- Reception is so good, I usually don't bother to extend the aerial :)
-
- I think this model has been replaced now, as mine is about 3 years old,
- but I'm sure the replacement is equally good.
