- When I bought my cassette deck some 10 years ago, it had a switch/jack
- for a remote clock unit that would allow preset recording. It was an expensive
- option, so I never bought the remote clock.

- Poor person's alternative: Assuming you have a VCR, run the audio out from
- your stereo to the VCR audio in. Set the VCR to record from the line inputs
- instead of the tuner and you're all set.
