  22. Caracas--El Partido Comunista de Venezuela aseguro hoy que en 
  23. este pais hay oficiales y soldados estadounidenses, destinados a 
  24. intervenir en caso de un nuevo estallido militar.

  26. El gobierno ha permitido y auspiciado la presencia de estos 
  27. cuerpor armados extrnjeros en el territorio nacional, con la 
  28. excusa de la lucha contra las drogas y sobre todo por el 
  29. alzamiento militar del 4 de febrero pasado.

  31.      The Communist Party of Venezuela today confirmed that there 
  32.      are U.S. soldiers and officials in this country ready to 
  33.      intervene in case of a new military blowup (literally 
  34.      explosion).

  38.      the excuse of the war against drugs and above all the 
  39.      military uprising of last February 4.
