  20. Ricardo Aldape Guerra (RAG) was sentenced to die in TX for
  21. killing policeman ten years ago.  EXECUTION Sept 24, 1992.
  22. Was at seen of crime, person doing the killing was
  23. killed.  RAG is innocent!

  26. spoke no english.  Victim of climate of hysteria against
  27. undocumented in Houston.  If he were extradited to MEXICO
  28. he would not face the death penalty.
