  21. October 3rd is the 40th anniversary of the first British nuclear
  22. test, which took place in Australia. The British Campaign for
  23. Nuclear Disarmament has put out a call for anti-nuclear movements
  24. around the world to organise actions to protest against continuing
  25. British nuclear testing, and to urge rapid conclusion of a
  26. Comprehensive Test Ban. It is especially scandalous that the UK
  27. government continues its policy of testing now that there are 2
  28. moratoriums in place (French and Russian) and a third now in view
  29. (USA).

  32. country; picket UK embassies; urge your own government to send a
  33. protest note; get the message into the media. Copies of any
