  21.     The "glee" comes from the appearance of endorsement of an apparent
  22. "common use" of the term by non-critical mention of it in an official AT&T
  23. document.  Since it was an official document, it state a position by AT&T
  24. on the matter by it's reference.

  26.     Unless Berkeley was licensed to use the trademark (as well as the
  27. 32V source product), it's likely that non-recognition of the "common use"
  28. status of the UNIX trademark by AT&T would not hold up.
