- I'm trying to install djgpp 2.1 (djgcc201.zip, etc.) on my 486 (running
- NDOS 5.0). I've got the directories all laid out, and the environment
- variables set, and things seem happy. But when I try to compile
- anything, it gives me the message
-
- Error: Couldn't find --> @/TMP/CC000042.GP
-
- This isn't good. I looked in the directory c:/tmp and there was, indeed,
- a file of that name that had been deleted. What's wrong?
-
- Additionally, it doesn't seem to be happy when I set the environment
- variable TEMP=c:/temp or a different directory. It just ignores things,
- as far as I can tell. (The directory name in the error message is the
- same). Is there something I'm doing wrong? Can someone help me out?
-
- Thanks,
- Andy <as7l@andrew.cmu.edu>
