- Here's a problem that a student of mine is having...
-
- The student is logged onto our Unix system from his home. He is using
- a Tandy 1000 SX and is running MCVT100 emulation mode (I hope that
- makes sense...) and has the following problem while using emacs.
-
- When he hits a 7 on his number pad the key functions as a home key.
- When he hits a Shift 7 (to get a \) nothing happens.
-
- Any ideas about what he can do. He has not remapped his keys using
- .emacs in any way at this time...
-
- Thanks for any help.
