- Well, actually, no-one's on the list anymore - I committed a no-excuse-for
- stupidity and accidently irretrievably deleted the list. So... all those who
- were on the list, please send me e-mail so that I can reconstruct it. Those
- who aren't, and would like to be, are of course invited to mail me as well.
-
- To those who don't know what I'm talking about (but got this far anyway!):
- Evi is a vi emulator, IMHO better than vip4.3 (and certainly better than
- the vip that comes with 18.58). You can get a copy of it from an elisp
- archive in the subdirectory `modes' in the file `evi.el.Z'. Alternately,
- you can send for the latest version by mailing to mail-server@brandx.rain.com
- a message containing:
- send evi.el
- end
-
