  25. Jamie Zawinski's mail-abbrevs.el package does. 'Course it does work
  26. radically differently from the default code, but mail-abbrevs has a
  27. lot of very nice features. It should be in the emacs-lisp archive on
  28. archive.cis.ohio-state.edu.
