  14. I would like to use the `vm' mail reader.  I read the info page,
  15. which said I should type: M-x vm
  16. which resulted in: [No match]
  17. After some snooping, I found in vm.elc and the other .elc files
  18. in /usr/sww/lib/emacs/lisp on my machine.  I did a

  20. % setenv EMACSLOADPATH /usr/sww/lib/emacs/lisp
  21.  
  22. but that did not help.  I suspect I need some special stuff in my
  23. init file (.emacs) to get vm to run.  Can someone tell me the 
  24. stuff I need?  Thanks.
