  23. I can't speak for everyone, but I can tell you why I live 16 miles
  24. from work.  It's called housing expense.  The distance from work
  25. was mandated if I wanted to be able to afford housing.  As you
  26. should know, the price of housing decreases as you head out from
  27. the beltway.  I would also guess that a lot of people live further
  28. out for that reason also.
