  24. You seem to advocate bicycling as an alternative that would work for large
  25. numbers of people.  It does work for you, but you might want to consider the
  26. fairly large group of people who are disabled, suffer from asthma or allergies,
  27. don't know how to ride bikes, or are too overweight to ride ("they should
  28. just get into better shape is not always a solution - I've seen some of the
  29. literature on obesity).  In addition, not every company has a place to shower
  30. up after a ride in 90F heat :)  .

  32. PS  I do like the HOV-2 idea.  To find one person with a flexible enough
  33. schedule would be much simpler!
