  11. Does anyone know anything about TAE+, which is sold by an 
  12. organization called COSMIC?  I received the following blurb from 
  13. someone at COSMIC, but I am still not sure what it is.  My client 
  14. sounded like it was a User Interface Language (UIL), but the blurb 
  15. makes it sound like a GUI builder.  Maybe it's both.  Any information 
  16. would be appreciated.

  19. TAE Plus (Transportable Applications Environment)  provides a
  20. generic, user interface development and management system that
  21. allows anyone, programmers and non-programmers alike, to create a
  22. sophisticated graphical user interface for virtually any type of
  23. application.  TAE Plus utilizes MIT's X Window System, Version
  24. 11, Release 4, and the Open Software Foundation's Motif Toolkit. 
  25. TAE Plus is portable across a wide range of computing platforms
  26. using either the UNIX or VAX/VMS operating systems, and is
  27. capable of generating code in C, FORTRAN, and Ada, as well as in
  28. the high-level TAE Command Language (TCL).  A new Silicon
