- What do you mean? Most other GUIs have proportional scroll bars. Open
- Look, Motif, Athena widgets, and CLIM all have proportional scroll bars. I
- haven't used Windows, but since Motif is styled after Windows, I assume it
- does as well. The only GUI I've ever used that doesn't have them is the
- Mac.
