- Sounds like your problem is more than a CPU/OS. For that kind of load
- you need smart SCSI disk controllers and smart Serial I/O cards. I'd
- bet that a DPT Smart Cache Covertable with 4 MB of RAM and a Digiboard
- New C/X setup would improve that dramatically. The SCO filesystem is
- much better than Xenix, but there is a lot of other overhead there too
- that tends to make up the difference.
