  28. This first thing to check (I know this sounds obvious, but it does happen)
  29. is that nobody is logged in and cd'd to a directory on that filesystem.
  30. The next (not so obvious) thing is to check for processes running which
  31. were created from programs on that filesystem.  WordPerfect's wpexc does
  32. this and creates the situation you describe.
