  11. In reading the text on the design of the 3.2bsd system (the one
  12. with the demon on the cover), I ran across the following system calls.
  13. bmap (page 207), namei, and rwip.  I could not find these using the man
  14. command.  I suspect they are kernel only calls.  Could someone 
  15. point me to a reference/description of them?
