  13. At one time we started getting the same errors, unrelated to OS
  14. upgrades (I have been running 4.2a from the beginning). The errors
  15. initially occurred infrequently, but became more serious, up to 
  16. locking the computer.  DEC swapped the CPU daughterboard and that
  17. solved it for us.
