  26.   Would you explain this? SCO gives 30 days free support with each copy,
  27. and this is a copy you bought and registered, right? And they wanted you
  28. to pay for free support?

  30.   Could you give more details? When you called to register your copy did
  31. they take the registration and then tell you they wouldn't support it,
  32. or what? What did the dealer who sold you this copy do? Did s/he call
  33. SCO or try to help?

  35.   I've never heard of SCO refusing to support a new registered copy
  36. before. Please tell us more.
