- This brings up an interesting point. I have absolutely no need for Merge since
- I have several machines networked together here, one of which runs OS/2 2.0
- (which runs all MSDOS programs as well).

- Could you or someone else explain exactly what is involved in removing Merge
- from Dell SVR4? The last time I tried disabling the Merge entries in
- /etc/conf/sdevice.d, I got quite a few unresolved external references to
- Merge things when rebuilding the kernel.

- This was only a halfhearted attempt, so I'm not surprised it failed. I'm just
- curious if anyone else has carried it to completion and can detail the process.
